dad screwed up FOT i cant fix it

my dad deleted some stuff and now whenever i try to load a game, FOT closes and says there is a problem with some 'accompat.txt' file something like that. i thought that maybe my saved ga,es were in the wrong place but theyre in my core/user/save folder. also, the map editor will not start up. when i click the link i get an error message: FT Tools : Entry Point Not Found - The procedure entry point _AIL_auto_update_3D_position@8 could not not be located in the dynamic link library mss32.dll. and i do have that dll its in my fallout folder.
