Can someone tell me where exactly do I get this perk? Ive searched broken hills several times and I can not find him... and its geting on my nerves.

Ok nevermind, I found the guy and got the perk but now I cant figure out how to refuel it..

To refuel the vertibird i think you use flamethrower fuel?

i got that mod, but in navarro there is a guy in combat armor that is "error"
and when i click him the game crashes... eh whatever.
