Duck and Cover

Well, I recently have been reading info and looking at pictures of the upcoming release of FBOS and I must say... it looks like complete sh!t.

I really X 10,000 hope that all of the people involved with FBOS have absolutly nothing to do with the development of FO3 or FO3 will be doomed before it even finishes.

Some times I really wonder what in the hell these people are thinking when they come out with crap like FBOS. FO:T was at least some what decent but FBOS looks rediculouse.

Am I the only one with these worries or what?

BIS is working on Fallout 3 (Van Buren).

Fo:BoS is made by another company (also interplay) But not the same people.

Righty-o captain. I know they are different games I am just saying I hope that none of the FBOS nonsense is put into FO3/VanBuren.

It just amazes me how these diptard companies can take a game that became very popular and then completly screw it up by making additional games that are so different from the original that the fans (mighty finance providers of first 2 titles) cringe at the thought of playing it.

Think about it they release 2 awsome RPG's that are great and then they release 2 non rpg's that one (Tactics) is okay and some what fun and one that seems like it will be even more of tract than what made it popular in the first place.

I am glad that Interplay doesn't own Disney land otherwise we might start seeing disney porno theme parks.......hmmmmm......

There is and there will be some confusion as to where threads should go, as there is theoretical Fallout 3 disscussion and Van Buren disscussion.

Hopefully, Iply would announce Van Buren as Fallout 3 soon, so we can make a new forum and then all the threads would have their place.

I'm not moving it yet.

For BG3, doubtful, since they don't have the BG license anymore. I think that it will be FO3, but closer in spirit to BG or what have you then actual Fallout.

Well VUGames have been known to milk licences. Just look at what they're doing with their LOTR's licence.

Go read the news section and see how much fun Mr. Sawyer is having with the SPECIAL system, then you'll see how well Iplay can make another FO game.
