Is there any way?

If those assholes from the Followers show up at the Cathedral, is there any way to get rid of them? I'm sitting on the Cathedral doorstep ready to finish the game without one single kill but I accidentally got these guys and they're ruining it for me.

If you have a saved game, maybe you can reload and not talk to them.

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to get the Morpheus dialogue?
Everytime I try to talk nightkin start shooting at me on the top floor..

Go to a new location and they'll say "We're going back now, you're on your own" or something like that and then you can go to the cathedral in peace.

Are you wearing the purple CoC robes? This item can be found in the Hub for example. Also you need to be alone. If you're doing this right I don't know what could cause your problem.
