Requiem for a starfury said this in a post: If you want to add a new sound then you'll either have to over write the existing sound files or use BoSEE

Does anyone know how you manage that with such a tool? I don't even know what exactly it does, still. I'm curious as to whether adding new weapon sounds is possible. Although it looks unlikely.

I think its pretty much possible, like adding new ammo types (which works nicely) but ive never tried adding new sounds myself, so dont take my word for it. Try it out maybe. Theres a tutorial for adding ammo sprites at JJ86 page. I think you would use the almost same procedure for new sounds.

Edit: http://jj86.nma-fallout.com/ Go there and check out tutorials. Its filled with all other sorts of nice FOT mod stuff too btw. Good site for us map-rats.
