Blaster Worm Distress

Hey all,
ive been plagued by the recent blaster worm virus scouring the internet, does anyone know of the command that can be typed into the "run" utility in windows for registry ?, i need to disable the windows auto update process to stop the virus from persisting in cutting me off the internet and restarting the computer long enough to actually download the manual patch to remove the virus

thanks hammer, i also managed to disable the auto updater via msconfig
