I don't really know what it is exactly... some sort of reactor. It is in a way, fallouty. Made with rhino3d.

Yea, I was thinking about that. It's not really done yet, so that will probably be in the next post I make. (given I do continue this)

I need a higher quality/resolution bump map for the glass part.
looks cooler... don't really know howto do the light on the front.

If anyone can give me really high resolution bump maps (greyscale) I would really apreciate it. 3000pixels is super good. these 100x100 or so really suck ass.

You know those glass containers that usualy contain an alien/monster of some sort? Bingo, that's what I'm seeing here... Not very creative, sorry, fact is that the concept has been done to death.

If it was maybe flipped on it's side it would look more like a generator, and it has to glow.

I think I see two on the right, maybe you should make them a bit brighter..?

That's what I have been trying to tell you, glowing is the way to go. Also put it on it's side so it looks nore like a generator or whatever you where gonna make it.
