JE asking about Item Creation in FO3
In this thread: http://phpbb01.interplay.com/viewtopic.php?t=29924
JE Sawyer discusses item creation, and asks everyone what they feel about it. Some people from BIS Feedback have given their ideas.
What do you guys think about it? How should it be implemented?

BTW guys:
Sawyer: 'I took two days of vacation at the end of the week and played ToEE for most of it. It's my leisure time' (spotted @ NMA)
ironic, sad, true => Sawyer plays Troika's games... comments?
PS:
dear DAC gods,
why is my signature no longer visible?
yours,
PiP
edit: Funny, it DOES show in some threads... Cf: ToEE

Well of course Sawyer plays Troika's games, they're excellent. He could stand to learn a thing or two from them, though I'm not sure if Troika is the best bet for Fallout 3.

suppose you're thinking about a plate of shrimp. suddenly somebody will say like 'plate' or 'shrimp' or 'plate of shrimp', out of the blue, no explanation.
That sounds a little fishy. I can't see any of the companies jumping at that opportunity, or mixing their ideas together well to make something good.

I doubt BIS/Interplay would allow that, not taken into account the disagreements that would pop up between both the develloper teams. Although it would be undoubtedly neat should our beloved Tim Cain go back to it' s roots.
