Found it in /data folder of one of the Fallout2 *.dat files so I figure someone else must of seen it before. It's not pretty but i'd guess this was what was used to build Fallout2. It's a *.LBM file and ACDSee recognised it... lots of interesting stuff in those Data files such as text/english/cuts/NAR_VA1.txt
'1:With your aid, the deathclaws of Vault 13 became a thriving community.
2:When the vault could no longer hold their numbers, a peaceful campaign of expansion was launched to claim the surrounding lands...'
Never saw that one....

Thanks for the info Zilla. I haven't seen this one before. I'll check it one of these days. Heh, it's quite primitive isn't it? it reminds me UFO:Enemy Unknown's GUI.

Yeah, I've been intrigued by these pictures for quite a while...
As for the endings, sorry, the good deathclaw ending wasn't implimented.
Now for "creating skins", there is a BMP->FRM converter, you can find it on the old DAC... Right

It may be foolish hoping, but that isn't going to stop me:
BIS_JESawyer: Releasing the code and editors is a possibility, but we'll have to look into it more after IWD2 ships.
