Fallout in WINXP (Questions)

Alright. I admit it. I'm a lousy Fallout nut. I've played Fallout since... well... since it's been out, but I've never bothered to look up anything on the development team. I've even played the Fallout PnP, and started an Alternity game based on Fallout with those of my friends that like RPGs. I know some of the team are at Troika now, some elsewheres, but I really didn't care. (I mean, why look this stuff up when I can replay the game or excersize my well honed speech and charisma in real life? *wink* *wink*)
So I installed XP Pro last week, and today, I installed Fallout. From looking at the forums, it seems like that's normally considered a near impossible task... =D
Sure enough the autorun ran fine. I set my compatibility for Falloutw.exe to Win95, and I get the game running. (Hint hint to those that can't run it due to "Disk Space Errors!"
But WHO the hell is that instead of PIPBOY? I get some... dude... with glasses... and he frankly scares me. (Because I want my Pipboy back!)
Anyway, yeah, that's my question. =) Have fun in the wastes... I'm going to beat this again. It's been too long. =)
Oh yeah, question for all: What's your record time in Fallout? I've beaten the game in two hours (real time, not game time)
