Tricking the Player

Did you know that you can have a melee or thrown weapon as high explosive and it will do much more damage than displayed in-game? It also won't show that it has the modifier. So you can make the player think you gave them something that sucks, but is actually pretty good.
For example something that says it does 5-10 damage, would actually do 12-25 or so. Not to mention the armor piercing the HE modifier has.
