Canis Lupis:

It's set in 1997, the focus is on Manhattan island, which has been turned into a ultra-maximum security prison for the worst criminals in the USA. Mined bridges, forty foot high concrete walls, the army as guards, everything. The US president ejects from Air Force One after it is taken over by terrorists and crashes on the island. He's taken hostage by the self-styled Duke of New York who leads the majority of the roving gangs of the island. The US government contacts our hero, Snake Plissken, the famous war hero turned criminal. He is offered freedom and full pardon in exchage for the president's life and a tape that he carries.

Tentacle rape is awesome. I remember the time in LA blue girl, where she turned her pubic hair into needles and shot some monster in the face. The best.
