Mutants and Reavers

Forst off, I'd like to personally thank Saint Proverbius for his knowledge on the entire Robot thing, thanks man, anyways I have another question on Fallout Tactics, why is it that when you encounter Muties and Reavers together they aren't fighting eachother, hell they're walking hand in hand, so does it ever mention that they had an alliance or a treaty or something, thins thinking stuff is way to hard for me....anyways thanks again, I've been trying to figure the Robot thing for like 7 months now, oh and how'd y'all like Canadians(being one) i'd just like to know.
