Conflict: Omega is a new MMORPG in development by VoodooFusion Studios, set in a post-apocalyptic world, and aims to be an RPG, FPS, and RT, all in one. A small tidbit from their FAQ:
What kind of advanced features does CONFLICT:Omega have?

CONFLICT:Omega has a lot of the features one expects with fantasy based MMORPGs, but in C:O, it’s the players who determine their place in the world. This game has territorial conquest, politics, diplomacy, combat warfare, and more. Follow a path of your own.

Also, we are integrating the features of an RTS into the game play so that officers can manage resources for the entire clan.
Anyone interested, head to their site. They also have some of those things called a forum.

Still, there seems to be some Fallout whoring on the process (a trend that has Carsten Strhese of Silver Style as its latest spokesperson): according to this post by GameDev over at NMA, the game is apparently loosely based on Fallout, and, quote, "plans to live up to the Fallout legacy".

Name whoring? Bait tactics to reach fans strung out for anything similar to Fallout? This week's post-apoc messiah?

I wish newbie game developers would learn how to handle people right.
