New MMORPG: Twilight War
[Game -> Update]
There's a new MMORPG announced called Twilight War: After the Fall. Here's its website.

Twilight War is an Extreme Online Roleplaying Game (XORG) that takes place in a post-apocalyptic world in the year 2296, two hundred years after the Doomsday War between mankind and alien invaders rendered much of the Earth uninhabitable and destroyed Human civilization.

I like the alien invaders bit. The bad thing is, it looks like this game is in direct competition with Fallout: Online, so I doubt it has a chance of making any money since everyone's going to be playing Herve's masterplan.
Close, apparently a massive alien spaceship crashed near Antarctica, melting the polar ice cap. Not only do we have a massive destruction due to the war with the aliens (and the previous nuclear and biological war), but now we have global flooding as well.
I think the developers didn't want to forgo any of the possibilities of Earth's destruction, so they blended them all into one massive doomsday scenario.

okok
The concept behind Twilight War: After the Fall seems cool but what is up with XORPG shit. I mean it seems like more extreme marketing bullshit that has flooded the market just to whore something out to the public and line a few pockets here and there.
Ignore my warnings and pay no heed then your live will be ended shortly indeed!
That sounds so Xtreme!!!!1!Kotario wrote:Close, apparently a massive alien spaceship crashed near Antarctica, melting the polar ice cap. Not only do we have a massive destruction due to the war with the aliens (and the previous nuclear and biological war), but now we have global flooding as well.

that game made my anus bleed
stop the madness
no more online rpgs
the only way they'd be cool was if they were like porn movies... in 3d and really god grapgics.. so they looked like a movie.
They could make lots off theese MMPPG (massive multiplayer Porn Playing Game), with titles like:
Uranus Online
World of Sexcraft
EverQueer (For the ones playing for the other taem..)

At one point you really have to wonder what's up with the overuse of extreme!. It really does nothing, has been carrying a negative component for a while, and is just plainly stupid. It would be better if they just shoved some big breasted anime chick somewhere in there. I'd still dislike their marketing, but I do like big breasts more than I do anything that's labelled as extreme.Spazmo wrote:XORG? Stop covering this, cause I'm gonna go shoot the guys behind it.
