Willö you take Susan up on that rimjob?
If you recall, he WILL be performing rimjobs in exchange for turnbased combat.
You don't have to get them yourselves, you could just point him to where you want him to perform them...
Has your wives always been yearning for rimjobs, but you just can't force yourselves to do it?
Send susasn.
Wanna make a rimjob porno "All street rimjobs, starring Suan", and make lotts cash to fund FO3?
Send susan.
Does gruesome animal acts turn you on?
Send susan.

Hey, the animal acts weren't included. I'll do them in exchange for 3/4 isometric view.

Bethesda isn't real. Just like your hopes for a good FO3, it is all just smoke and mirrors.

I was trying to clarify the things up a bit, since mismatch and jet seem to be lost in their heads.

As for bethsoft, I'm sure they know about turn based and 3/4 viewpoint, I'm not sure if Todd Howard does specifically but it's hard to miss if they visit the fansites. Whether they'll be implemented is a different matter...

i've just googled for bethesda and followed a news link to their site..
in the news clip they talk about aquiring the fallout liscence.. yada yada yada... and mention Elder scrolls for reference..

so i went to the elderscrolls site, and i must say, it looks not that bad..

ok so it won't be isometric and will most likely be first or third person, but if it looks as good as elderscrolls does on the site ( and yes i realise that what is on their site may not be a true representation of the real thing.. ), then it's going to be good..

they definitely need to figure out how to have the option of turn based though for the fallout purests amongst us..

Sure it may look cool if they use the Oblivion engine, but it won't be Fallout. Fallout is not meant to be first person. That ruins the whole game experience, making having the pipboy interface impossible. And the pipboy interface is something crucial to the whole game experience and Fallout environment.

I agree that the oblivion engine looked rather good, but the style of the models and graphics were all gay. Not quite as gay as them finalfantasy, but gay enough to stop one from trying the game.

all fairy && elf humping animals, shining armor seemen through the visor gay.
But I suppose it's supposed to be that way, after all it was a fantasy setting.
But in morrowind they had avoided that.

didn't I read somewhere that the new elder scrols game would have no to hit rolls or summit???
Might have been imagineing that one.
If I didn't...
I suppose that is the proof that bethedsa will not make a decent FO game. Doing what they did to the elder scrolls... not that they were great games, except for daggerfall which was ahead of its time. And hen morrowind was the same, these many years later. Though not as good.

I should be touching myself now.

Shiny beautiful graphics aren't Fallouty. I think the original engine was perfect, the rigged, dusty feel to it was awesome. It would just need some improvements.

Yeah, you could just add few more options and more interactivity, and it'd be great for Fallout 3.

(and maybe you also could make it more modifiable)

you wacky, wacky people. Anyway...

Even though some areas of oblivion has some shiny graphics there are a lot of different areas and different looks. They are afterall making the engine theirselves so they can customize it alot to suit fallout 3. I have no doubt they'll be able to create a gritty, dusty envirorment.

And mismatch... Every time you touch yourself god kills a kitten...

This is still, in pretty much every concievable way, a FALLOUT MOD FOR ELDERSCROLLS.

I'm sure the engine has the capability to be made less shiny (take off that bloom effect in the screenshots for a start, and make a heat haze instead). What's more important to me is whether they can make it with the top-down viewpoint.

Ah. So Deus Ex is really just a mod for unreal 1 then? Ok, so maybe I'm asking for some flames with that comment.

They do have a thirdperson view in the engine. I really don't think it'll be that much work to zoom it out a little and tilt it. The only problem I see with this would be the targeting system. It isn't really handy to use the thirdperson view for aiming in Morrowind. So there isn't much difference in oblivion they'd have to use something else. If they use turnbased this would be needed anyway and it wouldn't be a problem.

If they get the top-down view right and get SPECIAL in there I think they'll do well. At least gameplay/graphics-wise. I don't want a click fest though...
