Are there any "bots" for multiplayer to practice with offline? And in the patch what does "Custon Missions" do on the menu?
No there are no "bots" to practice with offline and test characters against. The best way is to learn the tricks of the trade by getting your ass kicked. Single player also helps raise your understanding of the weapons, drugs, and items used in multiplay.
As for the "Custom Maps" option, it will appear once you have installed a custom map made for solo play. Use it to play maps you have downloaded most likly from DAC.
