diablo was about building a 1337 char up with phat lewt... which is fun in it's own braindead kind of way. I'm looking forward to the story though. Might not be great, but interesting nonetheless.

Diablo was about making all those boring real life chores seem like exciting unrepetative adventures, and it did indeed. Im sure there are charts stashed away, that show how productivity increased after the release of Diablo. In fact, didn't it pull a few countries out of depression, or something like that?

This doesn't surprise me at all. The Diablo franchise has two of the most wildly popular games ever. D3 is going to be yet another lucrative production in a long line of consecutive successes for Blizzard.

I LIKED Diablo and diablo 2.
I liked it alot.
I also happened to make 500 dollars off selling items.

well, that is an argument I can understand. I had nearly forgotten that ppl buy chit from you. One really should get D3 if it ever comes out and sell ones account.
