Make Adrenaline Rush useful.
Include Backgrounds, Perks, Quirks(different name to avoid copyright), and Traits.
Make Karma Beacon as awesome as I envisioned it when taking it at first
Make Cult of Personality a dialogue opener, but do not show [use Cult of Personality] or other bullshit like in recent Bioware games
Make doggies/animals better
Flower Child should have more levels, just because
Eye on the Prize
Make Emapathy less powerful

Well, wasn't there only 1 weapon in the game that actually did fire damage (the flamethrower [before being upgraded]), meaning that this would be as useless as the Pyromaniac perk?

pyromaniac trait would be ok IMO, extra fire AND explosive damage, extra exp in related skills.

also cha bonus from the warm gut feeling received from burning addict thrashing around completely on fire. along with 'chilling' agony shriek. flammenwerfer. swell party with farming community establishments and fauna.
