You can get in. You have to have an INSANE lockpick skill. You can also skip the glow quest and lockpick the front door if you have good enough lockpick skills.

Another way to make things easier, I remember you could steal their weapons and ammo if you have a decent Steal skill. At least, that's how I got a gatling laser. Makes combat sooo much easier, but I've never actually killed the BoS. Super stims are quite rare in Fallout, so using them to kill every BoS trooper would be expensive.

Killing the bos is very easy with the sniper perk and luck 10. I think you need lockpick about 100 to pick the door (a guess really). Nice stuff inside, 1000 micro fusion cells in 1 crate, but nothing really unique (well except maybe a book about power armor - i have no clue if it has any use) The first floor is the hardest, but after that you should have no problems against the bos.
