Best James Coburn movie is Cross of Iron that movie is the shit!

I could not get into that fucking movie. The combination of Coburn and Peckinpah seemed like too much to handle, I got bored and turned it off. I say go with Pat Garrett & Billy the Kid for the true Peckinpah/Coburn experience.

I'm not really a westren fan but i'll sit through good ones that are a bit more graphic and gritty and don't show the actors as clean cut westren gunslingers, which really pissses me off!

Then watch The Wild Bunch, perhaps the best of the "gritty" westerns.
