I've only begun the map, but I figure, "Ah, what the hell?" :D

The map is definately big... sweet Jesus...

I've yet to use a stimpack (been eating lots of food to heal the wounded), so I can't comment on 'em yet.

The guns - NICE! I like the new scoped S&W Revolver especially, although the picture lacks a scope on it :D The Arctic gear is a nifty addition. As is the... er... "new" kind of Enviro armor (tryin' to keep spoilers to a minimum here...).

Feel free to share yo thoughts to the latest offering to the SP FOT scene!

Hrmm, is that just cuz your really really tuff, or is it to easy? :o The idea is that if you dont fuck up or get unlucky youre supposed to win without that much damage to your team. So im interested in hearing if it actually works that way? Did you use alot of doctor/first aid then? Along with the food

Id very much like to hear alot of combat feedback! To easy? To hard? Do you feel it draws the game away from the "I shoot you, you shoot me,I shoot you, you shoot me Etc. until someone dies" mentality? Does it make it more realistic in sense of range and damage? Are the enemies well balanced towards your team?

Any feedback is good feedback!! :D

Well im off to bed... Cant wait to start my next project tomorrow. Hehe. This time though ill try to make something abit more... compact? Size-wise

So far, I'd say combat difficulty is damn near perfect, but again, I'm only in the early area of the map.

More as I play more... :D

Yes, I'll echo the general sentiment - it's HUGE!!! It seems like a candy store with all of the easily available weapons. Maybe too many? So far good usage of the hidden baddies. The flame-bugs do a good job on roasting my squad.

Hey JJ, have you fought the big ones yet? If not: Good. You're still SANE... (I mean that in a good way, 46 & 2! :D)

Time to take a break from playin' it and watch Law & Order :P

Hrm? You think so? Well, theres not much ammo though... Also a question for you Max? Do you feel ammo is expandable or something you need to save to survive? :-

I just noticed that none of the Beastlords (dunno bout the Reavers yet) have any float text - intentional?

BTW, I really really really REALLY like the scoped S&W .44

When Arol got killed, the game went to his force speech and then ended. It did not go to the failure speech.

Hmm. Well the generator is supposed to blow up, but the antenna is just there for the look of it. Shouldnt mean anything if you destory it and its not linked with the generator.

just finished it, Great map!

i liked the challenge.
the behemoth was pretty easy... but i think he was stuck behind some crates or something, lol.
i just wish that Arol had been an Energy weapons guy, rather than unarmed, cause i could have used that. Paido (i think that was his name) ended up wearing the PA and using the gatling laser, rather than sniping, so that was cool.

fun map. i liked the hugeness, and also liked the combination of tribal/outdoors/hightech/cave... ect. good blend of all the genre's.

You actually killed the robots on the surface of the map?

How?

Great! Im happy you enjoyed!

Yea, I trapped the behemoth on purpose so that it would be more of a fixed enemy (Turret). That way it would be hard to charge the reavers in the room.

Hmm. Arol was totally unarmed up till almost the end of the maps creation, then I decided he should have abit of defense so I gave him the power fist and the skill to use it. Making him energy wep capable would have upset the balance in the combat.

Im abit curious though, what difficulty did you finish it on?

And of course once again thanks for the feedback! :D

uhg..? normal dif i think

oh, and i killed the robots on the serface by: having Jood use his Hoss-machine gun to deal the damage to the tank bot, and everyone esle do targeted single shot to the head, so i knocked it out, and finished it off. oh, also...hall? the medic used the HK-MP5 with AP rounds to do damage too.

i took out the mini-gun robot w/ everyone on single shot to the head, and i came in from up north and knocked it out. (all in CTB of course) it took a few saves/loads to make sure i knocked it out before it could maim my team, but it was well worth it. then i used a rocked from long range to blow up the generator, and then nade-launched the remaining security bots, like 1hit each.

it was fun. the floor trap part scared me at first, but then i realized it wasnt covering the entire room. lol. i used remote det.traps on them.

I probably need to restart the map - I went inside the mountain before I went up to the bots, so I used all my rockets and most of the other exposives on the rather intense fight involving the three big-ass fire beetles.

Yea, a restart is in order...
